About

Zenjabil

Zenjabil Jouini is a Project Quality Manager at Group EDF, where she supports major nuclear new build projects like Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Flamanville. She ensures that both technical and documentation deliverables meet industry regulations and quality standards, playing a key role in delivering safe and compliant infrastructure. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, France, and has a strong technical background in materials science and particle engineering.

With over eight years of experience across the automotive and nuclear sectors, Zenjabil has developed expertise in project management, technical validation, and quality assurance. She started her career in the automotive industry, specializing in quality validation for battery prototypes, before transitioning to the nuclear sector with EDF and CEA, focusing on quality compliance and project auditing.

Zenjabil is passionate about technological innovation, energy transition, and industrial strategy. Outside of work, she dedicates time to making science more accessible: leading workshops, designing small experimental reactors, and simplifying complex physics and electrical engineering concepts for students and enthusiasts. Her commitment to bridging technical excellence and public outreach reflects her drive to inspire curiosity and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

About

Esti

Esti Sanvicente is a co-founder of Three o’clock, a French social innovation agency that uses design and collective intelligence to co-create solutions with communities facing social and environmental challenges.

With a PhD in Energy and Environment and over 15 years of experience across France, Spain, and Australia, Esti has worked on renewable energy integration, service design, and community engagement, contributing to 20+ international projects. Before launching Three o’clock, Esti worked at LGI, advancing sustainable business models and stakeholder engagement, and at the Basque Energy Cluster, where she coordinated collaborative working groups on solar and marine energy. Earlier in her career, she focused on photovoltaic integration in buildings at EDF R&D in Lyon and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Beyond work, Esti is committed to social cooperation, volunteering in Benin, Peru, and Spain on education and women's empowerment projects. She’s also a certified facilitator of The Climate Collage and The Mobility Collage. When she's not working, you'll find her skiing, hiking, playing guitar, or dancing—though her favorite thing might just be gathering loved ones around the table for a good lunch.

About

Eve

Eve Dallamaggiore, 34, works at ENGIE in the business development team for energy performance services. With a background in agronomy, political science, ecology, and strategy, she discovered her passion for energy during her final internship—and hasn't looked back since.

She started her career in sustainability consulting at LGI, working on European projects focused on energy efficiency, circular economy, and energy behaviour, before joining ADEME, where she blended strategic insight with public action. After completing an Executive Master at École des Ponts, she joined ENGIE to work on hydrogen mobility, and eventually returned to her true focus: energy efficiency. Today, she coordinates international offers, tracks commercial activity, and leads R&I projects across countries.

Outside of work, Eve lives her climate values day to day, took part in the latest municipal elections, and is passionate about mountains, dance, classical music, and cycling. Always ready to explore new landscapes—or enjoy a good opera.
